I made this cheesecake for this lady's shower. It was so good. I am not just saying that because I made it, but it was so good that we have some left over and it is going to be gone tomorrow. When I say some, I mean like 25% of the cake. Dang. So much for going to seven peaks in a bathing suit tomorrow. Does anyone have a wetsuit I can borrow? It's an easy cheesecake so if you want to make it I can show you. Or we can be friends and I can make it for you. (Don't you want to be my friend now? I thought so.) Have a yummy Sunday watching Tangled and drinking Dr. Pepper, or whatever your sabbath activities may be.
